Who we are

This website, proglia.com, is operated by M/S Proglia ("Proglia", "we", "us"), an AI product development and automation studio based in Lahore, Pakistan. We are responsible for the personal information described in this policy.

This policy covers information collected through this website and related enquiries. Data we process on behalf of clients during a project is governed by the agreement and any NDA we sign with that client.

What we collect

• Quote requests: your name, work email, company, a description of your project, and an optional rough budget.
• Newsletter sign-ups: your email address.
• Consultation bookings: when you book through Calendly, Calendly shares your name, email, chosen time, and any answers you provide with us.
• Correspondence: anything you include when you email us or reply to our messages.
• Technical data: our hosting provider processes standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested) to deliver and secure the site.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies, and we do not build profiles of visitors. Calendly may set its own cookies when you open its booking page; see Calendly's privacy policy for details.

How we use your information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for automated decision-making.

• To respond to your enquiry, prepare proposals and quotes, and schedule consultations.
• To send our newsletter, if you subscribed. Every issue includes a way to unsubscribe.
• To deliver, maintain, and protect the website.
• To meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations.

Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we rely on: your consent (newsletter); steps you ask us to take before entering a contract, or our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries (quote requests, bookings, and correspondence); our legitimate interest in running a secure website (server logs); and legal obligations (records we must keep).

Who we share it with

We share personal information only with service providers who help us run our business, such as Resend (which delivers website form submissions to our inbox), our email and hosting providers, and Calendly, and only as needed for them to provide their service. We may also disclose information to professional advisers, when required by law, or as part of a merger or sale of our business.

International transfers

We are based in Pakistan, and our service providers may process data in other countries, including the United States. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses for these transfers.

How long we keep it

• Enquiries that don't become projects: up to two years after our last contact.
• Client records: for the length of the engagement and as long afterwards as the law requires.
• Newsletter: until you unsubscribe.
• Server logs: for the short period set by our hosting provider.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to withdraw consent at any time. To make a request, email info@proglia.com. We will respond within 30 days. If you are in the EU or UK, you may also complain to your local data protection authority.

California residents: we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

This website is intended for businesses and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their personal information.
